Project Narrative
Principal-In-Charge/Project Manager. Responsible for all site, civil, utilities and landscaping for the relocation of the National Weather Service’s Forecast Office & NEXRAD Tower. Work included all site surveys; roadways and parking; site landscaping; new utility design including potable water, fire protection, storm and sanitary sewer; property deed revisions, legal documentation & utility easement including the 4th Runway Aviation easement for a 60-acre acquisition by the Airport Authority; and Virginia Department of Health, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Loudoun County Sanitary Authority and Virginia Department of Transportation permits & approvals. Tim Kelleher was an employee of JMT at the time this project was designed and built.
