Project Narrative
Giuliani Associates was selected by ADCI to design the Turkish Lounge. Vincent Rogers was the Project Principal and Tim Kelleher then with JMT Engineering and now with Giuliani Associates provided the design of the mechanical and electrical systems. The project included high end amenities such as prayer rooms and showers.

Project Description: Turkish Airlines leased an existing space of 4,500 SF near its departure gate on Concourse B at Washington Dulles International Airport. To accommodate Turkish Airline’s program requirements to provide special services for first class and VIP passengers, the facility was subdivided into first class and VIP Lounges, and the lounges were renovated and enhanced to reflect Turkish Airline’s brand image:
