Giuliani works with Simpson Development
Project Summary
Giuliani Associates is working with the Simpson family of companies to help them lease more space. Our team of architects, engineers, and consultants is working with manufactures to help SIMPSON create clean and energy efficient spaces. The renovated spaces include systems that introduce and treat outside air.
These systems are extremely energy efficient and have options to treat air and purify air. These systems also include multi-zone controls allowing tenants to adjust temperatures to their needs.
The building dashboard uses smart system is tied graphically to the building.
The use of the system allows SIMPSON to better view building analytics. Energy spikes become visible allowing for adjustments to systems and ultimate lower utility costs.
As seen in the images below, real time analysis is easy to understand and allows a building engineer to easily monitor the building systems.
